Valley
Cats is organized to provide food and water, spaying/neutering,
medical attention, and adoption for the homeless
domestic, stray and feral cat population surrounding
the City of Phoenix. To
educate the public and conduct programs to further
the prevention of cruelty to animals, and to build a
feral cat sanctuary for unadoptable cats.
